Organic chocolate 75% cacao with Panela unrefined sugar

Panela is processed in a way that has nothing to do with
what occurs in a sugar factory: each step of the process is
manual and managed at a handcrafted level.
The sugar cane is cut and taken to the “trapiche”, small
mills that extract the juice from the cane which is then
boiled. The resulting product is subsequently decanted,
filtered, cooked and cooled to achieve its crystallization
making Panela a fine and completely natural product.
