The sap of cut coconut palm flower buds is collected in
cups. The sap is cooked slightly until it solidifies and then
it is moulded into typical blocks. In a plant or shop, the
blocks are processed to transform them into small crystals.
Its different aromas, all natural, make it a unique sugar withan intense and fruity flavour. It contains different sugar
components other than sucrose (only 56%) as well as other
nutritionally important components.
