ShippingTransport cost
Shipping cost inside most of the EU Countries is 29 euros for orders below 150 euros.
For orders above 150 euros free shipping cost

Delivery Time
Deliveries take 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday), starting from the first working day following the despatch date. When you place an order  we’ll send it within two  working days.

PaymentsPurchases made on this website are secure and guaranteed and may be made in the following ways:

– Payment by Bank Transfer
– Payment by Credit Card (Stripe Circuit)

Payment by bank transfer in advance
When paying by bank transfer in advance the order will be handled only after receiving the confirmation of acceptance from the bank.
Payment must be made within 3 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will ‘automatically be canceled.

Refunds and Returns

We strive to deliver the delicious chocolates you have bought from our website to you in perfect condition and on time. If however your chocolates do not arrive within the time frame you paid for or are damaged in any way, we’re more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. Unfortunately damage and delay are the only situations where we can offer a refund or replacement. We’re not able to accept order cancellations, offer refunds or allow the return of our products due to their perishable nature. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team would be happy to talk to you about this in more detail.
